I love organizing events that make online communities meet in real life.
From trade shows to meetups, passing by corporate conventions, there is no challenge I don't take.
So far, I have organized events in the USA, Canada, several countries of Latin America and most of the European territories.

2015
PrestaShop Day (Community Day #8)- June 2015
The PrestaShop Day is the latest event I have organized. It was the largest user conference ever for PrestaShop, with over 2,000 attendees coming from 18 countries to Paris, France.
It took place at a former farmers' market in the heart of the city, and gathered speakers from the biggest names in the industry: AirBnb, Pinterest, Waze, eBay...
The event was made of:
- 7 talks (keynotes, masterclasses, round tables)
- 6 workshops (including 3 by Microsoft, PayPal and Algolia)
- 8 press partners
- free website audits
- a developer contest
- a village of 12 partner exhibitors
- a souvenir pop up store
- a free speech area
- a live broadcast on YouTube
- an award ceremony rewarding the best websites and ideas from the Community.
Miami community Meetup - August 2015
Over 75 community members (merchants, developers...) from all over South Florida came to meet other users and learn about PrestaShop's latest version. Website audits were given non-stop all night.
The event counted 4 sponsors, including Mastercard and Avalara.
OTHERS
As part of the PrestaShop Ambassador Program I've created, I support the organization of many Community meetups all around the world: from Spain to Peru, passing by Senegal and Brazil.

2014
Miami Community Meetup - november 2014
An informal gathering of 75 attendees who came to learn about the latest software updates, meet other users and network.
Community Meetup + eCom trade show - march 2014
Over 80 merchants and developers from Montréal, QC attended this Community meetup to hear PrestaShop's CEO announce the features offered in the software's latest version.
The company also benefited from a large visibility during the major ecommerce trade show in Québec alongside Desjardins, the largest local bank.
All logistics were managed from Miami with local Canadian providers.
2013
Community Day #7 - November 2013
The second largest conference I have organized for PrestaShop, from A to Z, while being based in Miami with a team in Paris.
The conference attracted 1,500 attendees from 15 countries and gathered speakers from Google, Facebook, Twitter, eBay... even Mark Otto (creator of Bootstrap and member of GitHub) participated via a video he recorded specially for the event.
Paris Ecommerce Trade show - September 2014
Five years in a row, I organized the company's presence at this major trade show in Europe with about 20,000 visitors per day.
This is a flagship corporate event for PrestaShop every year, where the company makes its yearly announcements and product releases. For several years the company had a "Village" made of 20+ partner-booths under the PrestaShop flag, making it the largest exhibitor of the whole show.
Others
I guided the European team for many trade shows (Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands...) and organized various Community meetups in the USA (Los Angeles, San Francisco...).
2012
I was in charge of organizing PrestaShop's presence at the two major ecommerce trade shows in the USA: Shop.org (Denver) and IRCE (Chicago).
I also organized many Community meetups the same year, in Sao Paulo (Brazil), Montréal (Canada), San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, Atlanta and Miami.
2011
2011 was a busy year with two user conferences (in March and November).
PrestaShop Community Day #4 - November 2011
1,000+ attendees came over to Paris to listen to major speakers such as Google and PayPal.

Third Community Day with 850 attendees in Paris, France.
2010
PrestaShop Community Day #2 - June 2010
This second edition was held in an art gallery of Saint-Germain des Près, in Paris. It was a challenge to make workshops and conferences fit in such a place, but we made it happen! 450 attendees were present.
The same year, I organized six trade shows where the company was exhibitor.
2009
PrestaShop Community Day #1 - june 2009
The company's first Community event ever. About 50 attendees were expected but the room ended up crowded with 250+ participants during the day!
